Yes. Unlike most jet card programs that place a 12 or 24-month clock on your balance, Privado hours carry forward indefinitely. Buy more when you're ready — not because a deadline is forcing you.
What is the minimum number of hours I can purchase? +
All three tiers start at 25 hours. This keeps your per-hour rate locked in at a favorable level while giving you flexibility in how quickly you use the balance.
Are there any hidden fees — fuel surcharges, de-icing, catering? +
No fuel surcharges, no peak day fees, no repositioning charges. De-icing and ground handling are included. Standard catering is complimentary on most routes; premium custom menus are priced transparently at the time of booking.
How quickly can I book a flight? +
Guaranteed availability with 10 hours' notice for domestic flights. International departures typically require 48–72 hours depending on customs requirements. Your advisor is on call 24/7 for urgent requests.
Can I upgrade the aircraft category for a specific trip? +
Absolutely. If your trip demands a larger cabin — say, a group of 12 for a summit card holder — we can upgrade at a transparent per-flight rate with no penalty to your existing card balance.
Is my card balance refundable? +
Unused hours are refundable within the first 12 months, minus a 3% processing fee. After 12 months, balances transfer to flight credit valid indefinitely. We'll always work with you to find the right solution.
